By accessing or using Northcore ("the Service"), including our website, Gmail add-on, Outlook add-in, and dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Northcore provides an AI-powered recruiting tool that helps college coaches parse recruiting emails, extract player data, and organize prospects. The Service includes a Gmail add-on, Outlook add-in, web dashboard, and related APIs.
The Service is intended for use by college athletic staff and authorized personnel. You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind your organization to these terms.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to extract player data from emails. While we strive for accuracy, AI-extracted data may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all extracted information before making recruiting decisions. We provide confidence scores to help you assess data reliability, but these are estimates and not guarantees.
You retain ownership of all data you input into or extract through the Service, including player profiles and recruiting notes. We do not claim ownership of your data. We retain a limited license to use your data solely to provide and improve the Service.
If you join a school team on Northcore, player status and recruiting data will be visible to other authorized members of your school. By joining a school, you consent to this data sharing among your institution's staff.
Access to the Service may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and payment terms will be communicated at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the Service or other users. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Northcore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, recruiting opportunities, or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-extracted data will be accurate or complete.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
